I'm getting somewhere between 35-50 K/s on a 20 mbps connection, so not al that great.

I got 450 kb/s on 20mbit connection, so pretty good...

from all my booting tries. I could see one thing. "error -110 read error" something.
so, do i have to change permission or anything on the memory card. if so how?

i get this error while booting the new rootfs:
25.991851 bcm2048 probe of 3-0022 failed with error -5

give it about 20mins from this post before you try it, its 76mb

changelog:
based on newest rootfs 0.0.4-1
keys remapped:
left + right arrows = duplicate volume controls
up arrow = home (hold for tasklist)
down arrow = back
backspace = backspace

flash should be integrated in theory but not tested since i tarred it.

please also keep reporting on download speed for file thanks

If you read it says its based on the newest rootfs, which means yes.
