Hello Community,

I have a problem with my N900 and I was hoping someone from here could help me.

I have received phone calls/messages today already, but when I tried to call someone, suddenly it did not connect. Tried to reboot, phone accepted the PIN, but then I got the message "SIM Card Registration Failed". Tried to remove battery, SIM card, but everytime it accepts the PIN, the phone starts with the welcome screen (to setup date, time, zone, etc.) and the "registration failed" message follows.

When I try the SIM card on other phone it works OK. I tried the N900 with 3 different SIMs from different operators, but none of them works.

I am on Vodafone UK, the phone is from MobilePhonesDirect, and as far as I know I never had this problem before.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any Ideas?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Don't Worry,

I found out that my n900 was blocked by Vodafone, I do not know why. So I asked them to unblock it and now it is ok. Hopefully it won't happen again
