Contacts and Dates as debs from OpenedHand are not compatible with the newest Nokia software (in particular with osso-rtcom-beta, you may want to search this forum). So most likely you do have evolution-data-server installed, but the version 100.1-1, whereas Dates requires another version. In other words, there is currently no way to install in the Application Manager Dates and osso-rtcom-beta along each other.

Yes, GPE is a better option. Use the latest version, it can be found on Maemo.org Downloads section.
Could anyone tell me how to install the missing package???thx.
