No, as far as I know, there's no Unetbootin for ARM. Or anything similar. (Strangely, the translation packages are avaliable...)

There might be a version in the *buntu Netbook Remix repositories, but I highly doubt they'll work without tweaks.

PXE is the only option as i see it. Maybe you could install grub on mmc1, to make it bootable from a usb host. But i don't have any experience with it and i wouldn't recommend it in your situation.
PXE is safe. Just find some internet cafe at a sunny place. Download components. Order a drink. Start up dhcp server and hope nobody will notice. Boot your netbook and install. Be happy.

Okay. Maybe you can share your progress.

When you say you installed bluetooth, I take it you mean that you attached an external bluetooth device and installed drivers for it. Have you considered disabling on-board bluetooth via BIOS? Can't hurt.

I used win7 with beta key for a looong time, about a year. On that note i completely removed recovery partition with xp, and xp system partion as well, but beta expired, and win7 really got slow so i put back xp, so called 250mb performance edition xp... damn it was fast compared to 7. I wanted to keep performance so i avoided instaling most of the software. but this morning i had a vga cable so i hooked my netbook on to a tv. only thing i need was buemaemo. so i googled for samsung nc10 support and installed bluetooth. but install was surprisingly quick (bluetooth usualy takes long). when i clicked my bluetooth places i got an error no device found so i rebooted. in dev man all looked ok after a reboot (i had a yellow icon before) but nothing in control panel no icon. it seems that bt was removed from this performance edition. i tried installing again, when it finished this time it prompted for a reboot, after it i got a bluescreen.

in bios there is only disable wireless device. and disable onboard lan, i cant seem to find bluetooth. Anyway I think my problem is that i had a password and i used some sofware to autologin with it. the bluetooth install said something about loging out to complete install. i guess that was the problem...

edit:

I dont get driver.sys error. i get login service error. the bluetooth just caused the problem it is not a problem itself.
