I was just going to complain about the short time between the warning, “low battery”, and the shut down, you don’t have time to plug in the cable. But then I read Bigboote’s comment about the shutdown, so I just have to be grateful for the preservation of the battery life.

I had the 770 on the road last weekend and I had about 20 mins from the Low Battery! message til shutdown.

Today I kept more attencen to when the first warning for Low Battery sounded, I was listening to web radio and had a couple of other thing going in the 770. After about 10 minutes de 770 shut down. So you do have ample time to put it on recharge before it goes out.
