Is this in effect now since it's been open for discussion for over a week as per the opening post?

i'd personally love to see the:
Signatures

* Signatures should only be in small or normal fonts (size 1 or 2).
* Singatures may only contain up to five lines of text.
* Links in signature are allowed but you may not link to warez, porn, racist or other similar hate sites.

as some people are now having 10 lines in their signature and it really takes uo a lot of screen real-estate when reading on a tablet (and i wouldn't want to turn off all signatures as some people actually have useful things in theirs).

Is there some way I can have my infraction count placed beside my post count and number of thanks? : ) hehe

I would like to ask how can one check how many points of onfraction he has.
Further I would suggest to punish with points not only who makes the infractions, but even who put thanks to him, because it's a way of trolling too.

It's possible to agree with the idea but not the packaging.

Ack. I think we' ve gone far enough with rules for now. We don't need to get into the nebulous area of "hate crimes".

"Thanking with malice aforethought" does sound like a great crime though.
