I found this link, which shows an n900 calling a videoconferencing system using SIP with H.264

Can anyone describe how to configure or obtain a SIP account for use with the n900?

I use gizmo5 but unfortunately they have stoped sign up. you can try cheapvoip. there are lot of options just google. but i am not sure how to do video calls using these accounts as they dont talk about video calls on their website. and i doubt this is a client based feature, it has to be from the service provider.
