If anyone is interested, here is the powertop binary extracted from RX-51_2009SE_1.2009.42-11_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin
Hopefully this will save some people from the tedious process of downloading a 140MB file, then extracting it, then using nandsim to mount the ubifs partion, all to get a 22kb file
Since powertop is under the GPL, I assume posting this is fine...

Is this the only source of powertop?
Is it somewhere in the repositories or as *.deb file?
Didn't find anything at maemo.org or in the Internet.
