After Re-Flashing my N900,
The Phone Boots Normally, But Takes a Long Time on The five Dots Screen, and After Booting it seems that it can't Read The SIM Card.
After enabling the R&D mode, The Phone Gives The Info no initfs \o/
How can i fix this problem ??
can anyone Help ??
Thank You

Which firmware did you flash with? The older ones are not compatible with some of the hardware firmware updates installed by the newer versions, so the SIM card isn't recognised. No idea about the "no initfs" error though.

Its just a sarcastic hands up that devs didn't need to deal with initfs anymore. Its not really missing, its purposefully gotten rid of.

I just said that message is no bug, it is always shown in R&D mode.

\o/ is a synonym to cheering, so the message says "no initfs, hooray"

Thank You tuminoid for the clarification,
can you help me with my case ??
why do u think it's taking the device a long time to boot,
and it's not recognizing the SIM
though i re-flashed the device with same .bin files earlier and didn't have that problem.

Reflash, could be a corrupted flash.

I also recommed reflash the device. But before that try to clean sim-cards contacts and be sure that it is tighthly set in its holder. Some said earlier that loose connetion means poor battery life. Usually the device becomes faster after reflash.
