Weird. I've never seen it do that.

I guess it gives me an excuse to go open more links in new windows.

Any news? Is the open in background -feature coming at all? Can we stab about:config with something like this http://www.gearfire.net/firefox-tric...ckground-tabs/

I might have misunderstand the question of this thread, but ctrl+n opens a new window.

I've been mucking around in the about config; looking for this holy grail.

This is the behaviour I am used to on the desktop web browsers: Ctrl+click (or middle click) a link. Stay on the current page while new tab loads. Go to new tab when I'm ready for it.

Firefox on the N900 is nice, but Microb is my favorite. I hope somebody can make this happen. Long pressing links is a pain with fingers.
