Try navigating to the web interface for your squeezecentre install and setting the skin to 770.

"works great" is a bit of an overstatement don't you think?
i tried the classic and ipeng skin and they are both quite sluggish over my wifi. while using my brothers android phone or mhy moms ipad with a dedicated app works as smooth as butter, even better than the duet controller i got lying around (especcially typing when searching) so if anyone is considering building an app for maemo, please do! and if there is a paypal donate system for the app you got my 10 bucks!
cheers

Or, you could try using the version of Squeezeplay that has been compiled for Maemo:

Discussions here:

Garage page & download here:

I use it on my N800 and it is really slick as a controller
(- they are also trying to get local audio playback to work, but that isn't of much concern to me or others just looking for the controller function).
Check out the discussion threads above on tweaking the skin to match the NIT screen dimensions.

P.S.

And here are some pages with modified skins:

http://forums.slimdevices.com/showth...hlight=joggler

which with very little extra tweaking can be customized to exactly what you want on a NIT.

Unfortunately N770 support dropped out of SBS 7.x
