Then for each package in your list, type "apt-get remove <package-name>" and confirm.

When you're done, go back to app manager and this time it should let you install OTA.

This just worked for me, found it in the huge PR1.3 thread...
I did that and the library that causes issues is "libqt4-test"

So I went to remove that off my phone and I get the following:

E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 resources temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

NVM, got it working. I had to manually uninstall Python QT4 in app manager

Hello guys, I have 2 conflicting things when updating, perl and libgles1-sgx-img.
Can you tell me how to check which app is using these two so I can remove them?

just issue "sudo apt-get remove pearl libgles1-sgx-img"

Relevant applications will be remove also if they depends on those two

^ yeah but before removing I'd rather find out which one is it, I might not be able to get that one again.
Perl is related to frozen bubble.

This has been going on about 30 minutes.

My suggestion, don't do this command. My RootFS is SMASHED!
^this looks like PR1.3 is already installing... So what did you type? Install hildon-desktop means only install hildon-desktop and nothing else. And is your phone still ok, or what happend?

Actually, I installed OTA just fine even by keeping modified hildon-desktop.
I only uninstalled tuxrace, that was all.
Afterwards I reinstalled, modified hildon desktop 2.1 from Matan again (wich updated now to 3.2) to have my 6 Desktops back and everything is fine, up and running.
