Just noticed today that the default contacts app now rotates. But its very glitchy.

Hold phone in portrait.. Open contacts.. You see list in portrait mode.
Select one contact and it swtiches to landscape. Open and close keyboard and the selected contact page now rotates to portrait..

Cant believe i have to wait for the next PR for them to fix a bug like this..

Maybe MohammedAG can release a new version based on the source.. pretty please.. :P

contacts thru the phone app does, and works perfectly.

hmm.. Very Weird.. It doesn't rotate now after reboot..

Before reboot, i confirmed it was app related by quitting and restarting it and it still rotated..

I have nothing extra installed other than MohammedAG's modified hildon-desktop..

Mods may close this thread if they wish cos I am sure am gonna become target for flamers soon..

It's a glitch... not the feature of PR 1.3.

But if you like, you can press Ctrl+Shift+R in Contact after every reboot to get the pseudo unofficial portrait support.

Am aware of the Ctrl+Shift+R.. Am pretty sure it rotated without that.. and hats y i closed and reopened the app to confirm.. and it still rotated..

So there might have been an other glitch that triggered it.. idk..
