i load 15 euros in my prepaid card and got a flatrate to all my friends+the 15 euro

It would have been more useful if it were possible to use this voip app with my own asterisk server.

Oh, yes it is possible to use it with any asterisk server. The advantage of this app is that it has MWI (message waiting indicator) support.
