Please help as Sounds aren't working in chat sending and receiving after the update to Pidgin IM v2.7.5-2nix2, before update it was working fine, or please let me know where to download Pidgin Internet Messenger v2.7.3

go to pidgin menu and uncheck /mute sounds/

Its already unchecked and also installed pidgin sounds .deb file and tried to configure the sounds from /usr/share/sounds/pidgin/ but didn't work
