from the operator name to the right is not taskbar, he just painted the background

@DarkGUNMAN The Yahoo weather works a treat, what do i need to edit to rotate it to landscape?

Is the flip clock a QBW widget also?

Yeah it's all in the wallpaper, I'll upload the Homescreen one so you can see what I mean.

All in the wallpaper, after that, you use theme customizer to set the taskbar opacity to 0, aka, completely invisible. This gives the homescreen the appearance that it's a long taskbar, if you add it to the top 56 pixels of all of your views, inside the wallpaper, it gives it the appearance that the bar itself never moves.

I loved this wallpaper so much !!! Hope you don't mind but I played around with it a bit and came up with this.

Is there any chance you could post it again without "Homescreen" Please..

Yeah it's the QBW widget, just with a new set of png files.
To rotate it back to landscape change the angle of the command results.
