its the same article put on a few sites, I would love an update to do all those things, but this is nokia they've cut support and I doubt they want to give people an excuse to stay with N900 they want people to buy the N9. It's plain stupid to release the update. Stupid but nice.

its hard to believe any other mobilephone.community being as much enthusiastic as around maemo and those (you) guys are smart techies, from Nokia's point of view i would believe it is a good idea to keep the community hot, and let them explore and test new features ... like being a crash-test-dummie for meego... so why not release pr14 with easy access and support to meego

they must be stupid in nokia if they dont see the potential of an open device like n900 being unique in the market, win the hearts of early adapters and nokia will benefit designing prods to the public
