Ok hmmm... all these programs share a number of dependencies, so it could be libqtm-contacts, yes, but it also could be another dependency (libc6, libqt4-maemo5,...)
Honestly, I would just chill for one day, and wait until a more skilled guy comes along in this thread - that or maybe realsportcars is onto something, I don't know about that off course
Edit: I just saw the suggestion by realsportcars - that's also what I would do - and if you disable devel and testing that should also be safe (I think/hope)

First disable testing and devel repo!!!
sudo gainroot
apt-get update
apt-get install libqtm-contacts
If it says that is already installed:
apt-get install --reinstall libqtm-contacts
