Another thing: go to application manager -> uninstall -> libqtm-contacts -> details . Which version are you using?

K9 Call installed and starts and I see the app but then shuts down

the problem is in libqtm-contacts. All programs listed here are based on it. Please give me the version (post before explain how)

if you mean libqtm-contacts it's 1:1.0.2-maemo4+0m5

First disable testing and devel repo!!!

sudo gainroot
apt-get update
apt-get install libqtm-contacts

If it says that is already installed:

apt-get install --reinstall libqtm-contacts

Ok hmmm... all these programs share a number of dependencies, so it could be libqtm-contacts, yes, but it also could be another dependency (libc6, libqt4-maemo5,...)

Honestly, I would just chill for one day, and wait until a more skilled guy comes along in this thread - that or maybe realsportcars is onto something, I don't know about that off course

Edit: I just saw the suggestion by realsportcars - that's also what I would do - and if you disable devel and testing that should also be safe (I think/hope)

I said that the problem is libqtm-contacts only because I assumed that others programs are ok...nothing else
However you are right but I haven't any other idea...
