The uptime widget is DCEW.

Code:
uptime|cut -d" " -f4-|sed 's/\, *load.*//'

By some reason the uptime came automaticly to my desktop when i installed DCEW. Now i'm about to do the script for cpu freq:

awk '{print $1/1000" MHz"}' /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_cur_freq

What i don't understand is where to enter this code?!

This screenshot shows qbw, but dcew is the same principle. Add the widget to your desktop, touch the screen at the top right and press the settings cog. Click on the spanner for dcew and this screen will come up ( or similar) Title is whatever you want to call it - cpu- or whatever and in the command box, type the command - or copy and paste from the wiki and click save.
Note - There are already some commands pre-installed with the widget.

Add DCEW to desktop.
Click on spanner.
Go Add Cmd.
Title = CPU Freq.
Command = awk '{print $1/1000" - blah blah blah
Save.
Exit.

Also if you want anything different done with them (extrudes, different finish, different colour) drop a post back with a brief and I'll get it done too
