Just uninstall them on app manager.If it can't be uninstall. open x terminal and type the ff code.
root
apt-get purge <thenameofhteprogramyouwantotdelete>
reminder if you have to have "rootsh" installed to apply the root command.
If still doesn't work Restore your last backup file from the backup app.
And if STILL doesn't uninstall. reflash your device.

As far as i know, you can't delete it, only replace it...

You can probably send an email to the bugs team or ask and see if the repo man is in IRC - most likely
