Why? People don't buy phones just for the hardware the OS plays a big part in the buying decision too.

Didn't they say that the N9 was expensive because of the complex machining of the polycarbonate body and the curved screen?!?

If N9 price doesn't go down, conspiracy theories prove to be true.
The N9 16Gb is 460€ in Switzerland (Salo model, EU warranty)...

The N900 never showed up in my account. It was always "unknown device". I guess because AT&T didn't have it in their database.

Two weeks ago I picked up an International Galaxy S2. It does show up in my account but so far they have not changed my plan. So now I'm curious how long have you been using your GS2 with AT&T.

Anyway I'm thinking that if they haven't charged you for the SGS2 it seems unlikely that they will for an N9.
I have been using my International Variant of the SGS2 for 3 months. No issues with them detecting that im using a smartphone on a dumbphone plan. I use on average 3 gb of data a month as well. I dont get the claimed 4g speeds but normal 3.5g speed which is good enough for me. I heard if you register the IMEI of a Motorola Atrix 4g you can get the so called claimed 4g speeds on the SGS2.

After reviewing the specs of the N800, Nokia's flagship WP7 phone, I'm convinced it will be a flop.

No front facing camera
No NFC
No FM Radio
No gorilla glass
Only 512MB RAM
Only 16GB storage with no micro-SD slot
micro-SIM
hefty price, a Galaxy S2 is cheaper
No white color
WP7 OS

As for the 25GB cloud storage offered by Microsoft this won't be a hit in developing countries where data charges are high.

If this is the best Nokia can come up with for WP7 which is going to be its bread and butter it is doomed! Poor Nokia. Led down the garden path by Elop (a MS mole).
