Wow, It's really tricky. I must have started 15 applications before I actually saw the black background and was able to move it. About as tricky as moving GPE summary or the RSS feed reader. But I got there eventually. Thanks.

I presume there is no way to enter coordinates for positions and size anywhere is there?

how come when you have the background locked does the corner radius changer not work?

Locked size is a mode you can select. To go back to the other way check 'Use resizable mode'

my icons arent going transparent when i adjust the slider....i just have black text on a clear background

There are two opacity sliders. Make sure you are adjusting the icon one (lower is more transparent)

i am adjusting the correct one...i turned it all the way down and they arent going transparent at all

I have 12 icons in two rows of six. The last one in the second row does not start the application. I rotated the icons and always the last one does not work.

hmmm, looks like I broke the icon transparency. Oops. I'll try to fix that soon.

There is a problem with desktop applets where a click in the lower right sometimes registers as a resize event and not an activation event. Try clicking more to the upper left of the icon and see if that works

yes there has been some difficulty resizing so a fix will be nice thanks for this useful app.
