With this information I would guess yes your partition layout is broken.
Please search a 16GB Vanilla image matching your needs (it does not matter if same code, just you will have different maps on it. IIRC there should be a 'global' vanilla image out that even does not have any maps on it. Flash it with the option --no-preserve. This will wipe the full device and the flash again the firmware (or better do it in one step).

Now I'm trying to go back to the Switzerland version to see if I can go ahead.....nothing, still says the Switzerland version is a downgrade ¿?

That is the Vietnam variant (059L9X6, 059L9K0, 059M024, 059L9J9, 059N151)
Second, as your flasher says "success" it should indeed be so. How does the device behave?
What flasher commands did you try, did you try to flash it clean? From your output I see you probably only flashed the OS.
