They seem to lack basic knowledge about how operating systems work and how Meego is governed. Why are these guys reputable again?
I agree that there is something odd about the Engadget N9 reaction.

OMG and HA-HA. If Nokia drops MeeGo and stucks with WP7 it will be gigantic mistake.

I found these from Twitter just minute ago (in addition to Engadget praising etc)

- Cult of Mac (yeah, cult of mac): http://www.cultofmac.com/things-to-a...opinion/102107 (read commentary also)

And finally: Luovanto tweeted that 38% of visitors at swipe.nokia.com comes from United States.

Elop: It's o'**** moment NOW! OH ****! OH ****! and 10000x OMG.

Because of this.

They were the first to actually receive the marketing quality "leaks" about N9. Even though they made a number of dis-favorable reviews about Nokia's products, they are actually highly valued by Nokia marketing. Quite in contrast to Eldar Murtazin.

They're not reputable. They're popular.

I think the praise by the engadget guys just helps to turn people against elop >:-D and probably it helps to boost some percent on the sales which would be probably with a good effect on the support if the device sells well.

I think Eldork can't be trusted as years before. For example he is sticking to his obsession about the mighty number 92 000. He is tweeting in russian that Nokia will produce only 92k of N9's.
