I set the billboard app. to show {meecast-description} on
the standby screen.
Usually, it shows weather description text from MeeCast, like "Clear", "Cloudy", "Snow" or something.
But sometimes it outputs incomprehensible text instead, like...

And system language setting is "English (United States)" (en_US).

Location setting is Turku in Finland.
And weather info source is "The Weather Channel" (weather.com).

Do you mean "The Weather Channel" is sending some char set mixed data?
