Except you missed one simple point. Posters here are not customers. And the people responding are under no obligation to treat them as such.

If people want to be customers, then they should be posting at nokia.com.

And posting xyz device sucks is unlikely to get you help, be beneficial to anyone, and will earn you branding as a troll. There are posters here that I won't bother helping anymore.
