Yeah I can confirm that. Google changed their website and now does not seem to use normal anchor links anymore. This breaks the implementation currently in webcat.
I did not find a solution though to solve this issue.

While accessing a webpage requiring authentication, it gives a '401' error instead of prompting for username/password

e.g. the web interface of mldonkey

I was running the check that Steve Gibson has put on to verify that a web browser refuses to connect in https if the certificate has been revoked (simply connect to https://revoked.grc.com, and check that you get an error from the browser) and while the default Jolla browser behaves correctly, Webcat doesn't:

I only have to rename my new icon as "harbour-webcat.png" and replace it by file browser?

Theoretically, yep.

But LLelectronics is going to cry

Tip: when replacing a "system" file, always make backup copies. E.g. harbour-webcat.png -> harbour-webcat.png~

Ok, Linux newbie :-)

You must be root to mess into system directories like "/usr". Developer mode active?

There are some apps out there designed to run file browsers as root. Be careful with that. Any important file modified or erased and you're **cked.
