@schturman, for temporary hacky fix, open the PostMenu.qml file in /opt/forum-qml/qml/forum and change the visible property of second menu item to true.
It will show EDIT option in all post, but u can atleast edit ur own posts until next release.
Trying to edit smone's post will throw a error

..also in fremantle EDIT is not available in the menu of your own posts ...and in the shell there is a bunch of errors...
Another bug is that when calling another application (for example "open web page") if this application generates some kind of error message, forum-qml segfaults
