Attached proof that maps has:

* loaded
* working layers
* scroll (starts over US)
* zoom (from very high)

I have successfully scrolled, zoomed, used layers, searched, you name it.

MicroB rules.

Is there a way to zoom with the www.google.com/maps/m
version? The volume keys zoom the image, but when you
zoom in a more detailed image is not fetched, so that
zoom method is worthless.

Update - One can zoom by entering mouse mode,
and then double clicking.

The sad thing is that opening this web site and interacting with
it with the pseudo mouse is faster than firing up Ovi Maps.

* Slide pen from left.
* Touch the arrow icon so it stays there
* Double-click with your now-enabled mouse.

Alternately, stop using the /m version. It has quite a few limitations the full map doesn't. Among others, on-screen controls.
