Hi Michael,
thank you. I am not sure why but build-in App manager could not see TCL 8.5 package and refused to install it when I pointed to arm package at http://maemo.org/packages/view/tcl8.5/
But at the same time
% apt-get install tcl8.5
installed it fine and it seems to be working.
