Well, you gotta admit, it took him quite a bit of work to break it, so that's a huge plus in my book. IF you have to go way out of your way to destroy it, I can guarantee it'll survive 99% of what will typically, and not so typically, be thrown at it.

Given the reporter was beating the top edge of a large glass aquarium with a fairly solid object, alternate hilarious endings were possible.

indeed, a norwegian phone news site tested a earlier model, first by putting it at the bottom of a fjord by way of a fishing line, then dropping it drown a rocky hillside. Only when they shot it with a .22 rifle did it give up the ghost, largely thanks to the bullet taking out the battery...
