BME is often inaccurate after restart, using phone for 10-15 minutes it should hopefully show a more realistic battery level.
a) make sure your phone has at least 50% charge.
b) restart 5/6 times, you can go on if you want, but your battery won't/ shouldn't be anywhere near completely discharged after that many restarts.
