For Noor: Just check if you have the Arabic font 'KFGQPC Uthman Taha Naskh' installed. It resembles the widely adopted font used for Qura'nic texts.

but what about font colour and background,

i couldn't change it.

bgcolor value changes the background colour & fgcolor value changes the font colour

from your screenshot:
Code:
bgcolor:#000000 fgcolor:#FFFFFF
should make it 'readable'

try different hex values to meet your requirement
