Yes it all 3 and yes mostly while browsing facebook this thing happens sometimes even while opening google how can I disable JS?

opera browser is not heavy as microB . it is a litlle faster and it is QML and you dont need microB unless you want to access to forbidden sites

flash, adverts and swap fragmentation don't help either. i use a version of adblock, either from garage or official site, which stops some from being loaded at the expense of parsing every page.

browserd also misbehaves from time to time, making one open page hog cpu

Can you compare wifi and 3g speeds to see if it's the browser?
Also try Opera or another light weight browser. Not Fennec this is heavy and will make things worse.

If it's a swap problem a reboot will clear the problem as a short term solution.
