Oh and I've noticed that it's reproducable when a USB cable is plugged in.
Ok, didn't happen without cable now
Which rootfs should be used with your deb?
When using the 0.5 one from downloads.nitdroid.com it has errors in the init.rc script (it makes a mknode but the nodes already exist for the watchdogs and setprop only requires two arguments) and then that it can't find the tty. You get to a prompt and after some seconds it shuts down (I guess because of the watchdogs).
I'm trying to quote the errors here as I can't find a log with them
/sbin/fiasco-do-update not found
mount: no such file or directory
mount: no such file or directory
mknode /mnt/initfs/dev/watchdog
mknode /mnt/initfs/dev/twl4030
runnig init.
105: init :/init.rc setprop requires two arguments

A N D RO I D sh: can't access tty, job control turned off

I said it can be reproduced that way, not that it's the only way it could happen
(Anyways, blame Nokia for that).

I only packaged a newer version of that kernel.

All in all they made a nice phone. I don't blame them
I see, it's the kernel with modules. So extracting http://downloads.nitdroid.com/NITDro...0.5-FroYo.tbz2 to partition two should be enough. Maybe my download is damaged. Thank you.

/sbin/fiasco-do-update not found <-- normal (happens on Ubuntu too)
mount: no such file or directory <-- could be a wrong bootmenu entry, check partition numbers
mount: no such file or directory <-- ^

GPS - cant even be looked at before phone works
my 2.6.28.NIT.02 kernel is overclocking enabled,
and it also has got ondemand power governor, so in theory overclocking is sorted out!

What is left is to check it is really working...

@MuhammadAG i tried your recompiled kernel for nitdroid, the .deb thing you posted a few pages back. 8t installed without any errors and now my radio works again... Thanks for that

One thing though my Nitdroid is on a bootloop kind of thing. It boots up to the point of the bootscreen nitdroid animation. It shows the animation and then just loops it over and over?
