Thanks for the help. I got a few more questions, Is there a way to use the ps3 controllers with the emulator? and nothing over 5 appears on both multicycle and frameskip.

use the direction keys to scroll down....
dont know about the ps3 controller

Is there a way to use the ps3 controllers with the emulator?
Mother of... YES. Use the freaking search function. Sorry but it's like tenth time that question is asked.

you can treat this news as 2 separated
1) eq and summeli now can make changes in psx4m core(more peoples -> high development speed)
2) we have GLES powered GPU for psx4m and it will be very easy to make it working on maemo(depends on my free time).
and yeah, if you have symbian^3 phone in future you will be able to try psx4m too (on n95-2 it very slow but it's possible to increase speed)
