i got a message if i try to access the ovi store it says:

lo sentimos.
La Tienda Ovi actualmente no está disponible para tu dispositivo.
Vuelve pronto porque se agregan nuevos dispositivos Nokia con mucha frecuencia.
También puedes visitar http://store.ovi.com en tu PC para obtener ayuda e información sobre dispositivos compatibles.

which means that is under maintenance... do u guys know if we are going to get 3d roller coaster rush soon? im tired to be waiting..

Nothing new was coming, they only updated some kind of metadata 'for a better user experience' along with a few other 'better <insert buzzword here>'

Personally my new experience is exactly the same as the old experience. No difference.

: ) The repositories have more than enough stuff to keep me busy though.

I might be wrong but it looks like you can now register as individual instead of company in publish.ovi.com.
Who wants to test publishing an app?

Store was down so they can launch new Symbian version of Ovi Store app and some new package-level metadata. In other words "nothing to see here, move along"

HaHaHaHa..

What did you realistically expect?

The OVI store is completely irrelevant in todays "App" market!

If Nokia had a strong strategy from the beginning it would have been great but unfortunately seem to be dithering yet again.

No clear smartphone strategy (except "budget" smartphones). Reactions to N8 are "nice camera and media playback but UI (Symbian) is uninteresting, phone is nothing special"
