No problems here with 3 weeks old N900. Looking at how N97 did i guess Nokia still got couple of lessons to learn about camera sliders 
Just hopefully Nokia devices still keep coming with the camera sliders thought.

My brother and I both got an N900 pre-order from Nokia. His is good no problem at al and mine has this problem. It's like the nokia lottery with the grand price being an perfect working n900.

I had my N900 back cover replaced by a Nokia repair service today. Unfortunately the batch of covers propably is same as of the original.
Does your space key sometimes fail to response and makes extra noice while pressing?
