And there's another one that works in one of the Nokia/Maemo affiliate companies .

jolouis certainly belongs in any list IMO. His work on OTG adapters, mike/headphone splitters and LAN connections is the extremely useful stuff many just talk about.

Of course, if a simple account connection oversight kept him out, certainly that can be addressed retroactively, right?

NumptyPhysics was a Fremantle Star with access to a device.

DialCentral has a device.

Gabriel is a Nokia employee.

Is NoteCase in maemo.org/downloads? In Fremantle extras-devel?

VMWare work. Isn't quite duplicated work with the Maemo Virtual SDK? When was the program started and has it delivered something used by developers? Don't get me wrong, I like the dedication and Nathan acquired many Thanks from me. To be considered in the waiting list.

INdT members, it's complicated. They get a salary, many times access to a device, even their employer might supply one. The ones with enough karma got in the maemo.org program.

VNC Viewer is in my waiting list.

If we get loaned devices back then we redistribute them to developers in the waiting list.

When looking below the 200 karma point line here are names I think should be considered too:
rm_you, Adam Harwell, karma 193 (brightness applet, ...)
jbenc, Jiri Benc, karma 188, http://upir.cz/maemo/
pupnik, Arnim Sauerbier, 166 tons of game/emulator ports, there is also additional arnims user with karma 146 so together it is above 200
austin, Austin Che, karma 101, guy behind powerlaunch - lot of clever code
pancake, karma 100, guy behind 0xFFFF flasher
jott, karma 86 (rotation, brightness applet, ...)

Mighty kind of you to say so, Mike, but I've preordered my N900 from Amazon - I can afford it. I'd rather see younger (student?) budding devs get some help
