cp -rf /opt/theme-customizer/backups/* /
That will also restore the original hildon-homeso you'll lose ability to set shortcut and bookmark sizes.

the color presets works for me 
one thing i wonder is that when i change the backrounds after updating the theme customizer they are changed to the ones in pleego scheme.. and i've been using r-style gray scheme for a couple of updates..
