well , it's all beecon else than two .
on the left all are common ones on the right top it's filebox then x terminal then cpufreq then bluetooth and wifi :P
in the middle the clock one is digiclock widget then om weather widget then desktop switcher with silent and general profile widgets on the sides.

how do they work ?
it looks like he is using three desktops.
let say the right arrow is for desktop 2 and the left one is for three.
what about the other two desktops ?
i mean how to place the arrows on them ?
