That's extremely vague, by the way.
For future reference, "does not work" is a no-go. Exact errors needed.

Believing is extremely bad. Please look it up in the Settings. Also, you are not running the latest version.

Third party apps added:
Pixelpipe,
Bounce,
Foreca Weather,
FM radio,
Docs to go,
Facebook photo uploader & widget, but the widget is not in use due to being a battery hog,
Sketch,
Om Weather.
Firmaware: 1.2009.42-11.002
I did not copy or note the error 770 flasher gave, when I hit the power button when it said no device found like it was listed on the how to list; my device came to desktop with out any firmware update.

My question is what did "the 300 Nokia testers" really tested?

Are you secretly from Motorola?

Sorry, I don't mean to make light of your problem. Unfortunately I have not experienced this. Do you lock your device when it goes into your pocket so you're not accidentally pressing contact links with your keys or something and calling people?

Sorry for the problem. This sounds very weird indeed.
I do think that route that Andre Klapper showed is the way to go...

They were not exactly testers as in that they were expected to do anything. Nokia has their own people testing these things.
