which exactly command did you wrote??
on firmware.bin you have to write the name of the firmware file
and again you must have a charged battery...

sudo ./flasher-3.5 -F firmware.bin --flash-only=kernel -f -R

i renamed the firmware to firmware.bin rather than the long name

I don't think that using the sudo command does something on windows....
I also think that your file is named like this: firmware.bin.bin
maybe try delete the last .bin if you wrote one more(even if it is not visible)

is what im doing now and i get unknown arguments specified

I don't know :/
I think that it is a hardware problem but I can't be sure...
