like a lot of other stuff. That's exactly what I'm saying. It's always pretty much the same demo, same apps in different order and in hands of different people.
OK, proto device is a step forward but it doesn't mean much for end user. Final device will probably be very similar but MD sad that it could go +- few mm.

Anyone else is mssing a LED for notifications on the Jolla phone? This would really be needed (and don't say Second Half here)...

I'd prefer LPMS, hopefully combined with something like Billboard.
And when you turn this off, then LED

My Proximity Sensor was broken, so LPMS did not work for a week or so, i really missed it. Happy, i just fixed it half an hour ago

Looks like android applications are just going to have buttons at the bottom. Someone also said they feature realtime multitasking?

I'd much prefer AMOLED LPM notifications as per N9 (increases "glanceability" if I were to go all Marko Ahtisaari).

And JollaHQ just retweeted someone asking for LPM - which is mildly promising I guess - they're still sourcing the best screen components aren't they?

I suppose an RGB LED would be a good fallback if they really couldn't source an LPM-capable screen component.

AMOLED LPM would be brilliant, but RGB LED would pretty much do the same thing and I'd gladly have it.

You can see it here and customize it on N9 with this Extension.
