Yes best phone around if there is no others around. it is just a people's preference. I used to be an iphone user until iphone4, and none of them last over a year.

Kinda lukewarm, meh device. The Siri stuff is interesting thou. Would it be possible to make something like this for Maemo? An open source voice recognition software does not need an A5 core IHMO.

I see the other way around, i am still having three broken iphone in garages, and it took that many broken iphone to finally steer my wife away from apple products. Fortunately she did.

As a feature in a phone that is already simple enough to use by absolutely anyone, this is probably a great addition.

Making things too simple is still a bit of a problem because it does not force people to learn even the basics of anything. The computer illiterate duck is mostly based on real stories, unfortunately.

Heh, since already some "analysts" have been claiming phones with any physical buttons on them are way outdated, I suppose soon we will all be issuing speech commands to an iPhone Shuffle.
