When the profile is set correctly for your device, it will run without crashing at any speed. Want to limit power consumption near the end of battery life? limit the speed. If you drop to a lower profile, it will crash. If it doesn't crash, then you should have tuned your original profile tighter.

It's really that simple.
lets just clear one thing. I really couldnt careless about what you people say
im satisfied with my script as it is i tried being nice and go along with you guys but it seems what im trying to do is a hopeless case here
so if you dont like this script or think its useless please dont bother opening this link!

make sure u haver "enhanced power kernel-settings" installed (perform a reboot), and install rootsh. then download the script "smartclocker", unzip it into /home/user/MyDocs then create a widget with queen beecon and add a cmd (command) which should be sudo gainroot ; sh /home/user/MyDocs/smartclocker save it and select a time interval for it to run, I selected one hour for testing purposes but U can set it to what ever u desire

Bakuur, I charged my battery and I'm ready to continue testing but it seems after running the script last night my limits have been set to 125 600. I believe this is a bug in the script as my limits have not gone back to normal after reboot. Correct me if I'm wrong
