The saves are on /var/opt/rovio/angrybirds/highscores.lua

However, Bounce Evolution is just a short demo, I wouldn't even call it a game. In other news Bounce Boing Voyage on Symbian/N-Gage was a full game version of basically the same thing. And I think there were other Bounce games for older phones as well. FYI AFAIK
