succeeded with Fruity Ninja from the link farfary posted... (my N9 incepted, no open mode)...
(btw to change permissions of apkenv have it placed somewhere outside MyDocs and its subfolders)

now im getting missing dependecis. I have have all the nitdroid so files needed. Should they have 644 permission or other?

I got the samw question, if a I run the app as user i get missing dependencies, if I run the apkenv as root, i get “Segmentation fault”

stupid me!
Had jelly beans .so files from nitdroid. Chaned them to alpha 4 the as user:
~ $ cd /home/apkenv
/home/apkenv $ ./apkenv.harmattan.2012-10-21b /home/user/apkenv/Fruit_Ninja_v1.5
.4.apk
And it works great
fast as hell
Angry birds space starting but freezes after rovio logo then Angrybirds backdrop. Freeze at loading
here are error:
/home/apkenv $ ./apkenv.harmattan.2012-10-21b /home/apkenv/Angry_Birds_Space.apk
EXCEPTION: Failed to open /home/user/.apkenv/settings.lua for writing, with errno 1.09206e+09

I can confirm Fruit_Ninja_v1.5.4.apk works just fine on N900
