Tested with Sony Ericsson W950i, driver=AT, rfcomm=7; successfully able to make and receive a call, and send and receive SMS.

Excellent project, keep up the (very) good work. Is there any way to get this to run minimised in the background, maybe with an icon in the statusbar?

Tested Nokia 6500 Classic, driver=6500, rfcomm=0; making calls and sending SMS works, inbound fails for both.

You can minimize it but I would avoid the already crowded status bar ...

Was hoping to get it out of the list that pops up when you click the home button. Also, in order to send SMS I had to disconnect from the DUN connection I had to my phone; is this to be expected, and is there anyway to automate this?

What RfComm Channel are your SP and DUN BT Profiles ?
I suppose gnokii only use SP so if you connect to SP you should be OK

An "sdptool browse" lists DUN (which I'm using in gnokii) as channel 7 and SPP as channel 2, which doesn't work with gnokii/phonelink. Though SPP is called "m-Router Connectivity"

Simple question, I hope. How do I know what rfcomm number to use with a RAZR?

Thanks,

Bill B.
