But in Finland libraries have nowadays tools you can get for free to borrow as it is with books. Just had a hammer drill for a weekend from library.

Nice. A hammer drill is stuff that you dont use every day.
You can also drive to the massive stores and and use the tools at the store to build stuff. They also have professional builders that can guide in the store. If you want to build a table or tiny house to your children or your dogs.

Food sharing
Brain capacity sharing.
Not sure how this would turn out.
Again I think an alien attack is the only way to get the majority of humans on the same path.

If I understood correctly this WILL CHANGE on how much people will report things and that the data WILL BE analyzed more thoroughly matter.
But as it was said in the hearing the intelligence offices will keep on dealing with this matter U.S. safety first. What was said was that they will not publish information that would prevent them from having a step ahead of adversaries concerning new technology and information which military can benefit of concerning powerplay between nations.
So how much new information public will get from this? I think the best benefit will be that AIMSOC will publish more info about things that weren't in the end unidentified and it may help people to report less experiences which have another plausible explanation.
Aviation personel will stay silenced on every matter that could benefit U.S. military but getting the stigma away from reporting things may loose up some tongues.
